Personal Relationships

There is nothing so damaging in personal relationships as being other than who we are.  The first rule of successful communication is for us to be ourselves.  We must learn who we are apart from the world of money, power, and prestige.  Positions are not who we are.  We are a combination of our hopes, our dreams, and the expectations of our life as well.  We must learn to share all these things with one another.
